Updated October 2021
Multi-visit lift ticket bundles are another way to get a good deal on snowboarding and skiing in the NYC area. The best thing about these tickets is that once you purchase your multi pack, you can (with some exceptions) use your tickets any day you choose. The only commitment is to the mountain you decide to purchase from.
Keep reading to see how these deals stack up!

TOP DEAL: Mountain Creek Triple Play
$99 | 3 Lift Tickets
Mountain Creek lift tickets normally costs $90 for a single day on the slopes, and they don’t even offer a mid-week discount, so this is a fantastic deal for skiing and snowboarding any three days of the season with no blackout dates. The price comes down to just $33 per day with no restrictions (except you can only use one ticket per day), and that’s a really tough deal to beat. Get your Triple Play pass here as soon as they go on sale, which is somewhere between late September and mid October (10/15 in 2021). The price will go up the longer you wait, and if you wait until it’s the middle of winter, you will end up paying around $170 for this same exact 3-pack.
Previously available at $89 for the 2021-2021 season.
Shawnee Mountain’s Maxi-Miser
$156 | 3 Lift Tickets ($238 if you need rentals)
There are two major perks with these Maxi-Miser 3-Packs:
- They’re transferable among family members, so you can get a whole family of three on the slopes for the day with one pass.
- There are no blackout dates
- Valid this season only
This deal is definitely the best for families, because the ability to transfer the ticket amongst family members on a single day means that you do not have to buy a pass for every single member of the family. Families of 3 can buy one pass, families of 6 can buy two passes, and other families can buy a few passes and allow the most enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders to go the most while the less enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders could opt to just go once or twice, and you’ll still end up paying just $52 a ticket, which is a decent deal that ends up costing just slightly more than a night ticket ($45 for after 3 p.m. only) and similar to what you’d get for booking a visit online in advance, which offers less flexibility. For comparison, a standard adult ticket costs $80 on the weekend and $58 during the week. Avoid this deal if you plan on heading to Shawnee during the week and you are active duty military, 65+, a college student, or a child because these tickets are $45.
As for rentals, these normally cost an extra $42 per day, so if you get the rental version of this bundle, then you’re getting 3 days of rental equipment for the price of 2 days. Even if you’re normally a night skier and used to paying just $32 per night for rentals, this deal will still save you $12, factoring in both lift ticket ($15 additional) and rental ($27 savings) costs.
You must purchase these before December 24th, and they only sell a limited quantity each year.
*Previously available at $119 without rentals, $199 with rentals for the 2020-2021 season. If you still have unused maxi-miser tickets from last season, you CAN use them this year.
Montage Mountain
$149 | 3 Visits (Or $219 With Rentals)
The Montage 3-Pack is back! This is a pretty standard 3-Pack, where you get to go three times for one price, with no blackouts dates. These are non-transferrable and only available during a limited-time pre-season sale.
Standard lift tickets (valid open – 4 p.m.) at Montage normally cost $79, so this 3-pack would save you $88. Even if you’re solely a night skier or rider, getting this 3-pack would still save you $28 while offering you the flexibility to arrive at the mountain earlier. As for rentals, this package would save you $138 off the usual combined price of lift tickets and rentals for three days.
However, if you usually go to Montage on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, when tickets are only $40 (and even include rentals!) you should definitely steer clear of this 3-pack because it’ll end up costing you more.
Look out for this deal in late summer or early fall, and possibly again around Thanksgiving.
*Previously available at $139/$209 for the 2020-2021 season.
Big Snow
$129 | 6 Visits for 2 hours Each
The best thing about this package is that you get on the snow 6 times for just $129. That comes down to about $21 per day. The downside, of course, is that each visit is limited to only 2 hours. One way to fix this, however, is by using two of your 2-hour sessions in a single day, so that you end up with something like a standard 3 pack. (Note that this deal is non-transferable though.)
The other thing to consider with this option is that Big Snow is an indoor slope. If you’re looking to get in some summer shred, hit the slopes as close as possible to NYC, or get some practice in at their terrain park, then this might be perfect for you. But if that’s not the case, then you’d probably have more fun at an actual mountain, where there are more than 2-3 trails.
This deal is available all day, any day, and your multi pass is good for a whole year from the date you purchased it.
***Note that Big Snow sometimes has even bigger multi packs, such as when they sold a 10-visit multi visit pass for $200 in summer 2021, which gave buyers 10 visits for just $20 each. Or, wait around until Black Friday—they’ve previously offered the 6-pack for just $99 ($16.50 per visit).
Epic Resorts
$200 | 3 Days at Hunter, Mount Snow, JFBB, and More
The Epic Resorts passes have a variety of multi-pack offerings where savings fluctuate based on choosing:
- Holiday Access (visit ANY day) or Non-Holiday Access (You can’t visit on Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Year’s, MLK, Pres Day, but this will save you about $12 per day)
- Full Epic Resort access (Choose to visit ANY Epic Resort with your passes) or limited resorts (All Epic Resorts, except: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Park City, Whistler Blackcomb—this will save you about $25 per day)
- More days will cost you slightly less per day (ex: 2 days is $138, which is $69 per day, 3 days is $200, which is $67 per day)
If you’re expecting to spend 7 days or more at Epic resorts, and you plan on staying on the Northeast this season, consider getting the Northeast Value Epic Pass instead
Ultimately, these ticket bundles are going to end up costing you about $60-90 per day, so the savings are okay but nothing to get too excited about. The main perk with these tickets is that they are good at any of the resorts on the Epic Pass, including a handful of mountains on the east coast, such as Mount Snow, Hunter, JFBB, Roundtop, Liberty, and Stowe. If you suddenly decide to vacation in Colorado, you would also be able to use these lift tickets there (and at many other resorts in many other states as well), so this deal offers a lot of flexibility. Just make sure that these are the mountains that you want to be going to.
Note that the above prices reflect summer discounts. If you buy later, the prices will be higher, such as in the fall, which will bring ticket prices to about $100 a day. And if you wait until winter, the prices will be even higher. Conversely, if you buy earlier, such as during the previous spring, the discounts may be even better.
Spring Mountain
$400 | 10 Visits
The 10-ticket plan is best if bought in the spring, because then the tickets are good for the remainder of the current season, plus the next season. This comes to $40 per ticket, which is a nice price if you like skiing or riding all day on weekends, when lift tickets at Spring normally cost $50.
If these tickets are transferable among friends and family, which is not made clear on their website, then it’s an even better deal. Otherwise, you might be better off with an individual season pass, which starts at $345 for unrestricted access if purchased the prior spring.
You should also skip this deal if you prefer to hit the slopes at night or during the middle of the week, when tickets at Spring range from $20-40.
Camelback Mountain
$139 | 3 tickets
The Triple Ticket at Camelback is a pretty nice deal. Tickets at Camelback are normally $62 during the week and $95 on weekends, so you’ll save $146 if you normally ski or ride during the day on weekends. Even night tickets are now $50-69, so this deal is pretty sweet. These are available in limited quantities, so buy early (October/November) to make sure you don’t miss out.
*Previously $158 during the 2020-2021 season
